What does LION Swag mean?
LION: The acronym for Lasting Impressions Of Nashville, founded by Marty "Catfish" Ellis in 1989 and Deborah Buchanan.
SWAG: A slang term for free promotional items from companies/music groups/etc. Allegedly an acronym for either "Software and Giveaways", "Stuff We All Get", or "Souvenirs, Wearables, and Gifts" depending on the source.
Our History
Lasting Impressions of Nashville was founded in 1989 by Marty "Catfish" Ellis. The Company started with his love for music and a dream to provide concert tour merchandise to fans thru merchandising companies. His vision began with refrigerator magnets for Dolly Parton and Randy Travis. Over the past 30 years, the company has expanded from refrigerator magnets to just about anything imaginable. Our motto has always been:
"If it ain't a t-shirt ... we do it!"
